How to Order our Custom Printed Personalized Novelty Gifts.

Ordering our products is simple, although a little more involved then just putting items into a virtual shopping cart and checking out. You will need to do a little preliminary preparing prior to placing an order. Our ordering system will allow you to upload your photos, artwork, logos or anything else you want printed right to your shopping cart. Everything we sell is custom printed, to-order. We take a lot of pride in our service & quality of our prints.

The actual ordering process is to simply navigate to the item of interest. There is an order form for each product. The order form will walk you through the process, including the uploading of your images. Our ordering system will accept files as large as 6 megs, so you can send full size, high resolution images right to our shopping cart.

Most Important, Because our ordering system is interactive and responds to your input, you must have your JavaScript enabled in your browser. Later versions of Windows XP and Internet Explorer, by default, will issue a warning when opening a web page that uses JavaScript, giving you the option to permit or block the scripts from running. In this case, you must permit our scripts to run for the ordering process to function properly.

All products carry a volume discount starting as few as 2 like items. We also offer a reseller program for those artist and photographers out there who wish to sell their work on our products.

If you have any questions or need some guidance in obtaining good quality images, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Follow these guidelines to help ensure the best print possible.

  • If you are sending photos from your digital camera, please ensure your camera setting is "Best" or high resolution.
  • If you are scanning your photos or artwork, please scan at no less then 150dpi, 300dpi or greater is best.
  • If you are sending JPG or JPEG images the file size should be no less then 100-150K for mugs or other 4 inch print size. Full coverage shirts or other larger prints your file size should no less then 400K. Again, the larger the uploaded file size, the better.
  • TIF or TIFF format is better then JPG but can result very large file sizes.
  • If you are working with Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel PhotoPaint or Corel Draw, it's best to archive your work using a "Zip" utility or if you are using Mac then you can use "StuffIt" and send your archived work in it's native format.
  • Adobe PDF or MS Word are not the best choice for sending your artwork, but we can work with them if necessary. You will need to archive these before uploading.
  • If your design uses any text or fonts, it is best to generate a low resolution JPG that we will use as placement reference and your high resolution layout without your text. You will need to provide your font information or actual font file if you have a specific font you wish to use. Otherwise we will do a close match to your reference jpg copy. In Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator, you can convert your fonts to curves as an alternative to sending us your font file.
  • None of the above steps are absolutely required, they are just a guide to assist you in preparing for the best possible prints obtainable. There is a fine line between "Good" and "Best" and we always strive for "Best". Please, if you have any questions about preparing your images for print, do not hesitate to contact us. We are right here and ready to assist you any way possible. As an alternative, if you are short on time, you can always send us a general e-mail from our contact page.
