We at Elso Graphics stand firm in strict
compliance with Intellectual Property Rights.
What does this mean for our customers?
We strictly observe Intellectual Property Rights at Elso Graphics, so that our clients are given the required safeguards to their images. We can refuse to print any image that could possibly violate copyrights. All images given to us are deemed to be the property of either the client or a third party. If the image is that of a third party, then we must be given written consent from them to reproduce images.
Third-party copyrighted images such as sports logos, company trademarks, and any images obtained from the internet are among the things that can be included. Where there is confusion about the ownership of submitted image, we will regard the image as being protected and will delay printing until ownership will be ascertained. Copyright laws also cover images submitted to us that are free from third-party ownership, guaranteeing that the customer’s design will not be distributed to any third party without the customer’s approval.
Though we retain the prints in our files to be reprinted as per the customer’s request, we will dispose of any prints upon the customer’s request. Sometimes we may request permission from the customers to use their images for publicity purposes, abiding by any terms they might set like copyright credits or incorporation of website links. Customers can also request a signed document to ensure the safeguard of their image submitted, wherein they must give us the pertinent documents to be signed. At Elso Graphics, we stand to ensure that intellectual property rights are always followed. Save
