Shipping Policy

Products are shipped FOB NH. What this essentially implies is that as soon as the purchase exits our plant, you own such purchase in full from the moment of courier pickup point of origin right through the transit route to the final destination.

We do this because we happen to be based in NH and you, our customer, essentially are doing business and buying in NH. We are not producing in your state or in any state but NH. So your buying and sales tax applicable is guided by laws provided by NH.

Every parcel that is sent is insured and in the unlikely event of a lost/damaged parcel, we will as a form of courtesy assist you from start to finish to process claims as needed to retrieve for damaged or lost items ordered. You, the buyer must provide us with pictures as well as any required documents within 5 days of delivery such that we can facilitate the retrieval.

As a form of precautionary measure in ordering anything that might be prone to breaking such as coffee mugs or ceramic tiles, taking some photos of the package prior to the opening is always advisable. This is especially the case if the package displays some signs of being handled roughly such as tares to the outer mailing box or damaged edges. At least one image should clearly display the shipping label in a readable manner.

Additional photos of the unpacking is also highly recommended.
