Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Once an item has been printed, that item has been consumed and can not be rendered back for resale. 

Of course there are always circumstances that warrant replacements. Breakage in shipment or errors on our part (after all, we’re all humans) are examples that would warrant replacement. 

If you are ordering something breakable such as ceramic coffee mugs, it’s always a good idea to take pictures of the package before opening being sure that at least one picture includes a legible shot of the sipping label. You can find more details in our shipping policy


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
